ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents No.1 to 3 to issue 'No Objection Certificate' to the petitioner in the light of the orders in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16928 of 2019 dated 18.11.2019.

2. Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions would contend that the Inspector of Police issued the said certificate to the petitioner on 16.02.2021. A copy of the certificate has also been produced before this Court.
