ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Mandamus, directing the Deputy Superintendent of Police and the Inspector of Police, the respondents 3 and 4 herein to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2021 on the basis of the direction issued by the Revenue Divisional officer of Musiri, the 2nd respondent herein, vide his proceedings Oo.Mu.5520/2021 dated 24.11.2021 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 30.10.2021 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both of them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
