This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19004 of 2024 on 04.11.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19004 of 2024 on 04.11.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 1/3

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that four times the petitioner has appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam and seven times he has appeared before the respondent police. 4.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19004 of 2024 on 04.11.2024 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court during every date of hearing without fail.
