Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is shown as the first accused in Crime No.434 of 2021 registered on the file of the Sivgangai Taluk Police Station. Since the petitioner is an accused, he has to seek remedy elsewhere.

3.Leaving open the petitioner's rights, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
