ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that even though there is no specific statutory provision, as a matter of practice the registering authorities maintain a register to enter all the protest petitions. The protest petitions are taken note of while taking a decision regarding registration of any document. Therefore, no direction as such is required to be issued. I sustain the said stand.
3.The writ petition is disposed of by recording the aforesaid submission. There shall be no order as to costs.
