ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 417,465,406,420 and 120(b) of IPC in Crime No. 47 of 2015, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an on earlier occasion, on 08.11.2018, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18006 of 2018, however, the petitioner is not in a position to produce surety within a time. Hence, the petitioner filed this second anticipatory bail petition.
