PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to file the final report in Crime No.538 of 2014 dated 05.12.2014 before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to final report in Crime No.538 of 2014 dated 05.12.2014 before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.538 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Section 420 IPC and Sections 10 and 24 of Immigration Act. Though the case has been registered in the year 2014, till date final report has not been filed by the respondent Police. Due to the pendency of this case, the petitioner is unable to go for work. Hence, the learned Counsel prayed for a direction to the respondent Police to file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate concerned. 3.Taking into account the fact that the crime number is of the year 2014, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.538 of 2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the de facto complainant.

4.The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
