ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A.4, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.01.2022 for the offence punishable under Section 302 IPC, in Crime No.127 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that there existed previous enmity, due to that, the petitioner and other accused had murdered the defacto complainant's brother one Pitchaimani. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case based on the confession alleged to have taken from the co-accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.2161 of 2022 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody only from 05.01.2022 and also the fact that the investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this point of time.
