ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A4, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.08.2023 for the offences under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.584 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.This Court had earlier considered the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12045 of 2024 and dismissed the same, by an order dated 22.11.2024.

3.This Court does not find any change in circumstances. Hence this criminal original petition is also dismissed.
