ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 & 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.13 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that it is a job racket herein.
4. Considering the serious nature of the allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner got money Rs.3,50,000/-(Rupees Three Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) from the defacto complainant for his son's job, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
