Hitheshkumar :Respondents/Respondents/Tenants in CRP(MD)No.256 of 2020 G.Kumar :Respondent/Respondent/Tenant in CRP(MD)No.258 of 2020 Common Prayer :- These Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the Additional District Munsif Court of Madurai Town to dispose the RCOP No. 85 of 2019 and in RCOP No. 75 of 2019 respectively within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming up for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 13.02.2020 and the requisition letter of the Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town vide letter in D.No.421 dated 02.11.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.V.Sakthivel, Advocate for the petitioner, this Court made the following Order:- This petition has been listed today for the extension of time for disposing R.C.O.P.Nos.75 & 85 of 2019.

2.This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 13.02.2020, by directing the trial Court to dispose of R.C.O.P.Nos.75 & 85 of 2019 within a period of three months.

3.Now, the trial Court seeks further time for disposing the suit.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further three months' time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the trial Court for disposal of R.C.O.P.Nos.75 & 85 of 2019. The trial Court is required to expedite the disposal of R.C.O.P.Nos.76 & 85 of 2019 without seeking any further extension of time.
