This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate Police Protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner and his family members and property. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)/Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in respect of the first property, the property was sold by the creditor company and in respect of the second property, DRT Petition is now pending. 3.Admittedly, the petitioner is not having any enforceable decree or order from the competent civil Court and as such, the granting of police protection does not arise at all. As of now, leaving open the petitioners' rights 2/4
