RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner on 16.08.2016 in Crl. M. P. No. 6018 of 2016 in Crl. O. P. No. 8032 of 2016 while granting him anticipatory bail and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.Balasubramani, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, once in a month i.e., on first Sunday at 10.30 a.m until further orders commencing from November 2016.
