ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 498(A) I.P.C. and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No. not known of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation centre attached to this Bench and the failure report dated 06.02.2015 has been received from the Mediation and Conciliation centre.

3. Today, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the learned Counsel for the intervenor and the respondent police are present.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that a regular case has been registered against the petitioners in Cr.No.33 of 2014 for offence under Sections 498(A), 406 and 506(i)I.P.C.

5. The learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

6. In view of the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
