ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the third respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.
2.Mr.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the fourth respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner with the third respondent and the same was registered in CSR.No.130 of 2020 and is posted for enquiry. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to follow the guidelines issued in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
