ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking to transfer the investigation in the FIR in Crime No.16 of 2023, dated 01.11.2023, on the file of the second Respondent to the first Respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Respondent Police had filed the final report before the Special Court under POCSO Act, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District and the case has been taken as Special SC No.6 of 2024.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
