PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st respondent to give necessary direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.63 of 2018 and to file final report within the stipulated time. ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the 1st respondent to give necessary direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.63 of 2018 and to file final report within the stipulated time.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner, a case has been registered against four persons in Crime No.63 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406 and 506(i) IPC. Though the case has been registered one year before, till date final report has not been filed by the respondent Police. Hence, the learned Counsel prayed for a direction to the respondent Police to file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate concerned. 3.Taking into account the fact that the crime number is of the year 2018, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.63 of 2018, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
