PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to conclude the enquiry in proceedings made in Na.Ka.A3/0774/2020 which is pending on his file within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to conclude the enquiry and to pass orders within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the second respondent has already concluded the enquiry and passed orders through proceedings dated 22.04.2021 and patta was also granted in favour of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
