RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.24019 of 2016 dated 03.01.2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 07.01.2017 onwards. The petitioners has been charged under Section 302 IPC., inclusively and the investigation is pending.

3. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police weekly once ie., on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
