Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling for the entire records pertaining to the proceedings of the 3rd respondent initiated vide F.t.vz;.m3/450/2021 ehs; 02.02.2021 in terms of section 145(1) of Cr.P.C and quash the same and consequently, direct the 3rd and 4th respondents not to interfere into the petitioner's administration of V.V.Marine Products situated at Agaram Village and Sawyerpuram Village, Thoothukudi District along with the petitioner's family members under the garb of exercising their official powers in terms of the provisions contemplated in the code of Criminal procedure.
