Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.A.EBENEZER, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI,Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), charge-sheet has already been filed.
3.Considering the fact that charge sheet has already been filed, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and he shall report before the committal Court and also appear before the trial Court regularly on all dates of hearing, without fail.
