ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members by summoning them under the guise of enquiry otherwise than in manner known to law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed him and his family members under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that earlier, there was a complaint against the petitioner and subsequently, it was closed and hence, there is no question of harassment.

5. Recording the above said statement, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
