This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.11 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.11 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the respondent No.1 laid the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.181 of 2016. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
