Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct to file final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamadurai in Crime No.219 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time and pass such further order or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to file final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamadurai in Crime No.219 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 01.12.2017, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
