ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb by considering the complaint, dated 21.12.2022 and also on the basis of the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.372 of 2008, dated 11.07.2013 on the file of the District Munsif, Vadipati.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a cultivating tenant in respect of the property in question; that the petitioner has already filed a civil suit in O.S.No.372 of 2008 against six persons, including the father of the respondents 3 to 5 and that the learned District Munsif, after full trial, has decreed the suit and that the appeal preferred by the defendants therein came to be dismissed. He would further submit that subsequently, one Manokaran has filed a suit against eight persons, including the petitioner herein and that the 2/5

learned District Munsif, after trial, dismissed the relief of permanent injunction as against the petitioner herein.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner's representation is now pending before the second respondent.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, taking note of the decree passed by the jurisdictional civil Court and pass orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
