Challenging the order passed by the 1st respondent under Section 145 of Cr.P.C in Pa.Mu.Mc.No.A1/108/2022 dated 02.01.2023, this criminal revision case has been filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that there was a law and order problem between the Aathinam and the respondents 5 to 15, as a result of which Section 145 proceedings was initiated and the impugned order came to be passed.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute is between the petitioner Aathinam and the tenants who are the respondents 5 to 15 herein with respect to tenancy rights. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that there are more than 1500 tenants who are similarly placed like the respondents 5 to 15 herein. In this regard, already a writ petition in W.P(MD)Nos.19642 and 20786 of 2023 came to be filed before this Court and this Court by an order dated, 28.08.2023 had appointed Hon'ble Mr.Justice. Ramanathan (Retired) and Hon'ble Mr.Justice.A.Selvam (Retired) for the purpose of negotiating with regularization of the tenancy rights of the tenants with the Aathinam. As a result of which, the issues pertaining to the tenancy rights of more than 1500 tenants, including the respondents 4 to 15 herein has been resolved by executing proper lease deeds in favour of the tenants and the process 3/6
is ongoing. All the tenants including the respondents 4 to 15 have subjected themselves and have complied the order of this Court in W.P(MD)Nos.19642 and 20786 of 2023.

The learned counsel for the respondents 4 to 12 and the learned counsel for the 15th respondent fairly conceded the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been amicably settled and resolved by the order of this Court in the aforesaid writ petitions and they have obliged to the proceedings before the Retired Judges who have been appointed by this Court as Judges Commissioners.
5. Recording the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this criminal revision case and accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 22.07.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No gbg 4/6
