This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.41 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.41 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the respondent No.1 laid the charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate on 10.05.2018 and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.1245 of 2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
