ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The prayer in this Writ Petition is seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to keep under suspension/abeyance the Document Nos.2510 of 2022 and 2514 of 2022 till the conclusion of the pending proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3929/A4/2022-1 before the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the third respondent has brought the property for auction and the fourth respondent is the successful bidder. He purchased 2/5

the property in the auction mentioned above and the sale certificate has been issued in favour of the fourth respondent and the sale deed has been executed. The registered documents were returned on the same day and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the Writ Petition.

3. Recording the abovesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if he is so advised. No costs.
