The petitioners/A12 & A13, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.08.2023 for the alleged offences under Section 8(c) r/w. Sections 20(b) (ii)(C), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.584 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. Earlier, the bail petition filed by the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21170 of 2024 was dismissed by this Court on 20.12.2024. There is no change in circumstance and hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed. This Court has also taken into consideration the fact that the trial court was already directed to dispose of the case within a time frame.
