PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling the records of the third respondent I.e., the Dean, Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai relating to his Letter No.33525/A2(2)/2013 dated 18.12.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the first and second respondents I.e., the Secretary to Government, Finance (Pension) Department, Chennai and the Director of Medical Education, Chennai to make payment of interest amount for the DCRG for the period from 01.01.1996 to 31.03.2003 and the interest amount towards belated payment of difference amount of Earned Leave for a sum of Rs.23,199/- and difference of pay Commission Arrears from 01.07.1996 to 31.08.1997 as detailed in the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2019 within a specified time frame. W.P(MD)No.2384 of 2020 2.Today (29.11.2021), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that all the benefits have been settled to this petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs.
