The contempt petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order in W.P(MD)No.19720 of 2013, dated 04.08.2021 by the contemnors/respondents.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order, dated 04.08.2021 is substantially complied, except for the interest. She further submitted that the respondents have preferred an appeal with regard to the issue of interest alone. The submission is recorded.
