This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction for police protection to the petitioner and his men while moving to the Sub Registrar office and back to his house from the respondents 4 to 6. 2.It is evident from the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the fifth respondent that there exists a property dispute between the parties. 3.Admittedly, the petitioner is not having any enforceable decree or order from the competent civil Court and as such, the granting of police 2/4
