ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.139 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Magistrate Level, Eranial, Kanyakumari District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case trial commenced and some of the witnesses have been examined. During trial because of the absence of the petitioners, the trial Court has issued Non Bailable Warrant as against the petitioners and it is still pending.

3. The petitioner has approached this Court to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.139 of 2018 , since Non Bailable Warrant is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5972 of 2022 pending as against the petitioners, they are not entitled for the relief as sought for in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions stands closed.
