PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the

third respondent in Memorandum No.07/Encroachment/2023/OO dated 04.01.2024 and quash the same.

For Petitioner : Mr.S.Ramsundarvijayaraj For Respondents : Mr.T.Amjadkhan Government Advocate COMMON ORDER [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Challenging the eviction notices dated 04.01.2024 issued by the third respondent, the petitioners have filed the present writ petitions before this Court. 2.Today, when the writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners undertake to vacate the premises within a period of four months and they have filed an undertaking affidavit to that effect. 3.In light of the undertaking affidavits filed by the petitioners, these writ petitions are disposed of. The petitioners are directed to vacate the premises within a period of four months i.e., on or before 31.05.2024. If the petitioners failed to vacate the premises within the said period as undertaken by the

petitioners, the respondents shall proceed with the eviction process without any further notice. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
