RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order relaxing the bail condition of appearing fortnightly before CBI Chennai imposed on the petitioners by this court made in Crl O.P (MD) No. 9790 of 2021 vide order dated 15.09.2021 forthwith. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.AJMAL KHAN, Senior Counsel for M/S. ANKIT ANANDHARAJ SHAH, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mrs.L.VICTORIA GOWRI, Assistant Solicitor General of India on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court.

2.Heard the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Solicitor General of India appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court, vide order dated 25.10.2021 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.8756 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9790 of 2021, has relaxed the condition imposed on the petitioners appearing before the office of CBI-Gwalior once in two days and directed them to appear before the office of CBI-Chennai/respondent police once in a fortnight at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

CRL MP(MD) No.2101 of 2022 4.Considering the rival contentions of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to modify the condition and the petitioners are directed to appear before the office of CBI-Chennai/respondent police on the first working day of every succeeding month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and as and when required for interrogation.
