RESPONDENT /RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioners in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 17764 of 2016 dated 20.09.2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.H.VELAVADHAS, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners viz., (to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders), is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice a month, i.e., 2nd and 4th Sundays at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. In addition to the above, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
