By order dated 31.01.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in HMOP No.1145 of 2023 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.1287/2025, dated 19.08.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 31.01.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 31.01.2025.
