RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl M.P.(MD)No.3285 of 2016 in Crl O.P.No.60 of 2016 dated 25.04.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on completion of trial, charge sheet has been laid in P.R.C.No.13 of 2016.

3. Considering the fact that charge sheet has been laid in P.R.c.No.13 of 2016, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and he shall report before the committal Court and trial Court regularl on all dates of hearing, without fail.

4. The Magistrate is directed to expedite the matter and proceed with the same on a day-to-day basis and shall not adjourn the matter beyond two weeks at any point of time. Once the matter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is committed, the committal Court shall proceed with the mattter on day-to-day basis without adjourning the matter beyond three weeks thereafter at any point of time and the petitioner shall co-operate with the trial.
