ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.1025 of 2018 and file a final report within a stipulated period of time.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 30.05.2018, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
