ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.225 of 2015 within a time frame.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of one year and three months from the date of registration of the case, the 2nd respondent did not take any efforts to file the final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the second respondent requires
four months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.225 of 2015.
5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.225 of 2015 before the Court concerned within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
