ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 @ 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC in connection with Non-Bailable Warrant issued in S.T.C.No.829 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioners were absent during the trial in S.T.C.No.829 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 05.12.2020.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertakes that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

No.2025 of 2021 4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to appear before the S.T.C.No.829 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against them.
