Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to issue recovery certificate to recover the interest for the belated payment of gratuity payable to the petitioner from the 3rd respondent and further directing the respondents 1 and 2 to recover and pay him the interest for the belated payment of gratuity as ordered by the 4th respondent in his order dated 14.05.2012 in Gratuity Case No.70/11 from the 3rd respondent within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Prayer in WP(MD)No. 290/ 2014 :

2.The learned counsel for the parties submitted that during the pendency of these appeals, the entire amount which was deposited by the Appellant/Management has been withdrawn by the fourth respondents/workmen.
3.Recording the said submission, these Writ Appeals stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
