No. 46/2008 dated 10.01.2017 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Court Palani and enlarge them on bail till the disposal of the appeal.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VENKATESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners is present. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent is also present.

2. On perusal of the records would show that this Court vide order, dated 10.02.2017 has granted Appeal Bail to the petitioners till 17.03.2017.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent has no objection to suspend the sentence, till the disposal of the Appeal, since Appeal bail had already been granted by this Court.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to suspend the sentence of imprisonment

alone till the disposal of the Appeal, as per the terms mentioned in order dated 10.02.2017.

5. The Appeal bail granted by this Court on 10.02.2017 is made absolute and this petition is allowed.
