Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to issue recovery certificate to recover the interest for the belated payment of gratuity payable to the petitioner from the 3rd respondent and further directing the respondents 1 and 2 to recover and pay petitioner the interest for the belated payment of gratuity as ordered by the 4th respondent in his order dated 14.05.2012 in Gratuity Case No.80/11 from the 3rd respondent within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.
