[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] The petitioner states that suppressing several litigations pending between him and the first respondent / writ petitioner, order has been obtained before learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD) No.23282 of 2025, behind his back without impleading him as a party respondent in the said writ petition.

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this civil miscellaneous petition to grant leave to the petitioner to file a writ appeal as third party as against the order passed by the learned Single Judge, dated 29.08.2025 in W.P.(MD) No.23282 of 2025 of 2025, is allowed and the petitioner is granted leave to prefer a writ appeal as third party as against the said order.
