2. Shri.Mathialagan, jurisdictional Deputy Tahsildar is present in person. He assures the Court that the writ petitioner / petitioner herein who has also been assigned a plot of land will be provided with a definite pathway. As and when the petitioner moves into the house in question, the water connection shall also be provided. The jurisdictional BDO is directed to enforce this undertaking.
