2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered in Crime No.57 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Section 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 4 of TNPWH Act.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
