ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.5 of 2022 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the fourth respondent for investigation. 2.It is seen that earlier the complaint has been registered as 'girl missing'. In fact, on an earlier occasion, the daughter of the petitioner was missing and on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, FIR was registered in Crime No.257 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent. Thereafter, the daughter of the petitioner had returned to home and the said complaint was closed. Again, the petitioner's daughter went missing and the present FIR has been registered in Crime No.5 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent. It seems that the minor girl, who is aged about 17 years, eloped with someone else.
