ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to initiate appropriate action to drop the proposal of laying road inside the burial ground for the benefit of the respondents 7 and 8.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent has filed a counter. Paragraph Nos.5 and 6 of the counter are extracted as follows:
"5.The 5th respondent through his proceeding in Na.Ka.No. 62/2022/A2 dated 30.04.2024 sent a communication to the first respondent saying that objection regarding to laying the road to reach the Burial Ground obtained from Murugesan and further he filed the writ petition before this Court and Assistant Engineer also made a representation to the 5th respondent to stop the work regarding laying the road. Hence, the laying road is not possible now may be cancel the proposal regarding laying the road to reach the Burial Ground in Alangudi Village, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District.
6.Therefore, the writ petitioner grievance is resolved by the respective respondents. Hence, the writ petition is premature and liable to be dismissed."
