ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.10.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- in the third respondent's company for improving his medical instrument business. The third respondent neither returned the said amount nor given business to the petitioner. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed on 22.12.2014. It is also submitted that a closure report has already been sent to the

petitioner by post.
